Welcome to Real Exelence On-line Philippines (REO Philippines). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our review programs, website, and related services (“Services”). By enrolling, accessing, or partnering with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. 1. Scope of Services

   We provide review programs for local and international licensure examinations and certifications. Our Services are available to:

   • - Students preparing for exams
   • - School administrators coordinating institutional partnerships
   • - Partner schools collaborating for academic delivery
2. 2. User Responsibilities

   All users agree to:

   • - Provide accurate and complete information during registration or partnership onboarding.
   • - Use the Services only for lawful and educational purposes.
   • - Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and institutional access.
   • - Refrain from sharing, reselling, or distributing course materials without authorization.
   • - Respect instructors, staff, and fellow participants in all interactions.
3. 3. Intellectual Property

   All content provided through our Services—including but not limited to lectures, handouts, assessments, videos, and digital resources—is the intellectual property of Real Exelence On-line Philippines.
   You may not:

   • - Copy, reproduce, or modify materials for commercial use.
   • - Share content outside the scope of your enrollment or partnership.
   • - Use our branding, logos, or trademarks without written permission.
4. 4. Privacy and Data Handling

   We are committed to protecting your personal data. We collect and process information such as:

   • - Name, contact details, academic background
   • - Enrollment history and performance data
   • - Institutional affiliation (for administrators and partners)

   This data is used solely for educational delivery, support, and improvement of our Services.

5. 5. Compliance with Data Privacy Laws

   We comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable laws.
   Key principles include:

   • - Transparency: You will be informed of how your data is used.
   • - Consent: We obtain your consent before collecting or processing personal data.
   • - Security: We implement safeguards to protect your information.
   • - Access and Correction: You may request access to or correction of your personal data.

6. 6. Fees paid policy

   - If you’re still undecided, you may pay a Php 5,000 reservation fee and reserve your slot for face-to-face classes. This is deductible from your tuition fee and is also non-refundable and non-transferable just like the review fee. The reservation fee paid is only valid for one month; otherwise, the reservation fee will be forfeited.

   - All fees paid are non refundable or transferable.

   - Deferment is subject to approval. Case to case basis.

   - Refunds may be considered in rare and exceptional situations where a student is unable to continue the paid review due to unforeseen circumstances, such as serious medical conditions or other significant emergencies.

7. 7. Program Access and Termination

   Access to review materials is granted only to enrolled students or authorized institutional users.

   We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or other policies.

   Termination may occur without refund in cases of academic dishonesty, misconduct, or breach of contract.

8. 8. Limitation of Liability

   Our Services are designed to support exam preparation but do not guarantee passing any licensure or certification exam.
   We are not liable for:

   • - Exam outcomes
   • - Technical issues beyond our control
   • - Indirect or consequential damages
9. 9. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. 10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Baguio City, Philippines.
